After Wearing Through Countless Pairs of Skechers — Please Fix This One Bug

Skechers insoles — that cloud-like softness. I've tried switching brands, but every time I put my foot in, it feels like a plank of wood. I go back to Skechers.

BUT. There's a giant bug. The arch area wears out in about two months. The insole develops a worn spot and starts hurting. And the insole is GLUED to the shoe — you can't replace it.

I tried replacement insoles — too tight, toes crammed. I tried anti-friction pads — edges curled up, felt like walking on crumpled paper.

Dear Skechers: I love your cloud-like feel. Please make the insole replaceable. That's all I ask.
